The Self-Help Group (SHG) Initiative by Key Foundation has empowered women by fostering financial independence and entrepreneurship. By providing savings opportunities, low-interest loans, and training in financial literacy and leadership, the initiative enables sustainable growth. Beyond economics, SHGs offer social support, empowering women to drive change in their communities.

The "My Rights" initiative by Key Foundation educates women in low-income settlements ont heir legal rights. By bringing training sessions to their homes and workplaces, the program ensures accessibility and empowers women to assert their rights, seek legal recourse, and challenge inequalities. This initiative fosters confidence, legal awareness, and collective empowerment for a more just and equitable future.

The PoSH Compliance Initiative by Key Foundation supports organizations in constituting Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs), training staff, and ensuring compliance with the PoSH Act. Through structured sessions and client-friendly training aids, the program educates employees on their rights, complaint procedures, and workplace safety. By fostering gender-sensitive policies and accountability, this initiative helps create harassment-free, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces

Key Foundation recognizes that strong leadership is essential for driving sustainable change within communities. To foster leadership among women, the foundation conducts Leadership Training Programs for selected members of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and key women leaders in the areas it operates. These structured training sessions equip women with decision-making skills, confidence, and the ability to influence social and economic development in their communities.

For women entrepreneurs, financial literacy is not just about managing money—it is about achieving economic independence and sustainable business growth. Many women, especially those from low-income backgrounds, struggle with basic accounting, budgeting, and financial planning, making it difficult for them to expand their businesses or access financial support

Workplace inclusivity and gender sensitization workshops equip corporate and government employees with the knowledge to address biases, foster equality, and create safer, more inclusive work environments. Through interactive training and real-life case studies, the initiative promotes gender-responsive policies, enhances workplace relationships, and drives long-term cultural change toward equity and respect.
